Victoria Dominguez-Edington
Program Director

Victoria Dominguez-Edington joined the CTAN staff in November 2019. She was promoted to Program Director in October 2020. In her role, she manages the execution of CTAN’s funding cycles, and supports the Board in implementing strategic initiatives to drive the organization forward.

Victoria assumed the Program Director role after working in the private tutoring industry for over seven years. In her most recent role, she served as Director of Client Relations, managing sales and assisting hundreds of parents and students as they navigated the education system. Her experience stewarding a large client base and operationalizing efficiencies translates directly to the work she is accomplishing at CTAN. 

Victoria received her MA from the University of Texas at Austin where she focused on autoethnographic research methods. For her efforts, she won the Center for Women’s and Gender Studies Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award. She completed her BA in Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, at Southwestern University.

In her spare time, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, traveling with her husband and daughter, and spending time on the golf course.
